Have you visited a Meow Wolf museum before? Denver, Colorado, is where you’ll find Meow Wolf’s ‘Convergence Station’. It is an immersive art experience where ‘four worlds collide’. Because it sounded so unique to us, we decided that we needed to check it out.

Our family review of MeowWolf Denver
Journey Through Converged Worlds
See for yourself what it’s like to step into ‘Convergence Station’, a multiversal hub where four worlds have converged due to a rare cosmic event. We enjoyed this one-of-a-kind venue that invited us on a narrative-driven exploration through these distinct realms that each offer a unique and immersive art experience.
From the Quantum Department’s memory-sharing economy to the vibrant C-Street and the interconnected Four Worlds, there’s no shortage of wonder and discovery awaiting you. Let’s dive deeper into what you’ll experience as you go on this journey.
Quantum Department
The Quantum Department is where the convergence began, triggered by a cosmic event that merged the realms and led to the development of a memory-sharing economy. Here, you’ll meet Numina, a living universe that embodies the concept of split timelines based on visitors’ choices.
Our boys enjoyed engaging with this dynamic environment and exploring the intricate story narratives woven into its very fabric. We purchased a ‘QPASS’, which is an RFID card that allows you to collect and unlock Memories (MEMs) at Convergence Exchange devices. We highly recommend buying one to enhance your Meow Wolf experience.

C-Street
C-Street is a bustling area within Convergence Station and is the stop-off for the C Line TRAM, which makes it your first experience with quantum travel into the Convergence.
Among the different exhibits you’ll find here, you’ll see the Galleri Gallery with works by local artists. Voting machines that feel kind of like arcade games are scattered throughout the area where visitors can vote for a new mayor. Every 20 minutes, a new mayor is elected and an announcement is made over a huge TV screen.
Make sure to plan enough time to take in this vibrant street that comes alive with artistic and interactive experiences.

Visiting the C-Street in Convergence Station is like visiting a city in another world
Four Worlds
The Four Worlds within Convergence Station each offer distinct narratives and atmospheres that enrich your immersive experience. From the cataclysmic history of the Y’ruk civilization to the magical and narrative elements that connect these realms, every corner of these worlds invites exploration and wonder.
Our kids enjoyed entering the space where you have to choose which world you want to enter first. There is no right or wrong way to explore Meow Wolf – you just get to have fun “getting lost” in the four worlds.

Our Opinion of Convergence Station
We absolutely loved our visit, and our boys still talk about how amazing our time was exploring everything. The Convergence Station left us with a sense of wonder and new perspectives on art, thanks to the unique installations that drew us in.
The immersive art and engaging narratives in each of the exhibits entertained our whole family for hours and hours. Even though visitors of all ages will enjoy themselves, we suggest that you bring children who are at least 8 years old so that they can more fully appreciate the narrative as well as the art.
Enhance Your Experience
To maximize your visit, consider purchasing the QPASS, which gives you more of an interactive and immersive experience as you collect and unlock Memories (MEMs) at Convergence Exchange devices. The immersive environment, creativity, and attention to detail in the exhibits make each visit a captivating experience for all ages. And adding the QPASS adds another layer to your exploration that we think is totally worth it.
Unlocking Secrets
Using the QPASS can help you activate hidden features throughout the exhibit, uncovering a layered narrative. Our boys really enjoyed interacting with the exhibits, collecting MEMs, and unlocking secrets after solving codes. This pass can be purchased online in addition to your ticket at Meow Wolf.

Engaging with the various art installations, like sound and light buttons, and following embedded clues can deepen your connection to the art.
